Basic Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Taiwan (except legal assistant role)
- Genuine commitment to criminal defense work
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and collaborative
- Willingness to keep learning and growing
- Criminal defense experience preferred
