Client Testimonials
What our clients say about working with us
When I was treated as an accomplice in a fraud ring, I was only helping someone with OTC exchanges. I thought it was normal trading as long as the chain showed the transfers. I did not tell my family. As things escalated, we found Attorney Hsieh. He was quiet at first meeting but had me line up every LINE screenshot and transfer timestamp. For two or three months it was mostly document work; my mother thought I was gaming all day. I was too nervous to sit in court and waited downstairs. We got an acquittal. After the judgment, he walked me through every point until I could finally sleep again.
A friend in LA said she would send a gift. Right after I signed for the package, police showed up and arrested me, right in front of my parents. I later learned it contained THC chocolate and CBD bath bombs. I was held in detention and had no idea how long I would stay. My family quickly retained Attorney Hsieh. He helped with bail so I could get out, organized Messenger records showing she had only mentioned chocolate, and accompanied me through several investigation hearings. Without him, I do not think I would have made it through.
A B1 neighbor and I fought over a parking spot even after security tried to calm things down. He got a medical report and sued me. When the summons arrived my hands were shaking. He had pushed first, but I had talked back too. Attorney Hsieh pulled the building CCTV, frame by frame despite poor quality, and helped both sides reach a neighbor withdrawal of the complaint. The investigation ended without going to court, which saved me a lot of stress.
A friend said he could not receive a transfer and asked me to take it, keep NT$ 5,000 as thanks, and hand over the rest when someone picked it up. I only thought about being short on cash at month-end and that it was a small favor for someone I had known for years. Police came a few days later and I realized it was fraud. My family quickly retained Attorney Hsieh. In the first interrogation room the AC was blasting and I panicked at every question. Thankfully he was inside, or I would have talked myself into worse trouble. He reviewed LINE and argued I did not fit the pattern of the group, and helped negotiate restitution with victims where possible. I received a suspended sentence (緩刑). I am deeply grateful.
At a friend's place in Sanchong someone was smoking cannabis and I tried one puff out of curiosity. A week later a roadside stop-and-test came back positive, and I thought I was going straight to jail. My family found Attorney Hsieh. He explained what to bring to the prosecutor's office and how to speak at each stage. I received deferred prosecution (緩起訴) with addiction treatment conditions; he helped me stay on track and I kept my job.
We played mahjong at friends' homes in rotation, just a few acquaintances, with small tea-money tips. One day prosecutors came in with a search warrant while we were playing and we were stunned. Later we had to go to the district prosecutor's office. The first time inside, the environment was cold and the questioning felt endless. Attorney Hsieh was there. He explained how a private gathering differs from running a gambling house and helped us organize what to say. In the end the matter closed and I finally felt settled.
